The founder of Kenmore Piano Studio, Ben Kromholtz, has been teaching piano in the Seattle area for 20 years. Since settling in Kenmore, Ben has seen his studio grow exponentially in the last 10 years.
Ben Kromholtz received his double bachelor's in music and music education, with an emphasis on piano, from the University of Washington. He has played for the Seattle Choral Company, Seattle Symphony Chorale and Bellevue School District among others.
Ben has also been involved in recording musical scores for the popular video games Overwatch & Diablo 3. It is a challenge to help produce music for that industry, and Ben says that it was one of his favorite projects he's done.
As a student, he studied with Patricia Michaelian, Neal O'Doan and Joan Schoepflin. He played in Seattle Young Artists Festivals and received honors in the Simon-Fiset festival as a youth.
